With our conversations the last few days about the ACL epidemic, I think playing multiple sports at a young age cannot be overlooked
Playing multiple sports will help with overuse injuries and burn out
Once a girl hits high school and wants to specialized in one sport, I am completely ok with this as along as they are strength and conditioning consistently year round
I played baseball, tennis and of course basketball at a very young age
