Last week, my students/ athletes and I were talking about what’s the difference between a squat and deadlift.
You see I like to educate my athletes on top of the training we do so when they train on their own, they know what they are doing 🙂 (Well at least that’s the hope 🙂

Oh and your athletes should absolutely be performing these 2 exercises during their in-season strength program
