Virtual Coaching for Basketball Players
If you don’t have the pleasure to train with me in person, you can get everything we do on the basketball court and in the gym!
You get video call check-ins twice a month, 4- week outline of 2-3x a week strength training, as well as 1-2x a week conditioning and speed, sprint work
These workouts are delivered via a downloaded app so all your workouts are right on your phone and instructional videos with every exercise
Athletes are held accountable for their workouts and provided a supportive community
“Live” sports performance training are held 2-3X a week in the off season from my head strength and conditioning job at Concord Academy
Adult Training “Fusion Workouts”
Every adult is an “athlete” and should be trained as such in a fun and supportive community
We offer small group trainings and metabolic fusion classes to help you feel better, look better and move better.
In the small group training experience, you will receive your workouts that include a dynamic warm up, core activation, power development, strength training and conditioning
In the metabolic fusion classes, we throw in boxing with kettlebells, sleds, ropes, assault bikes to have a fun, heart pumping workout
All classes are held in the early morning so you can get your morning started off right
