We have talking a lot lately about the acl injury and working on fundamental movements with female athlete, female basketball players
I have showed you guys how to layer the push up, lunge and squat
Today, I wanted to give one training tip on how to que the deadlift with our athletes
Every athlete especially basketball players should be deadlifting and swinging
Watch the 1 minute video below to learn what’s the cue (this work every time with my athletes)
BTW, if the que doesn’t work, you need to fix your athlete’s defensive, athletic stance
Remember, move from your hips, not knees!
