Well, all athletes travel and sit on buses or fly and their bodies take a beating
So after coming off the bus or plane, really work on opening up the hip flexors and T-Spine before practice and games
These two get absolutely murder when you sit and especially in a confined space
Oh and make sure your athletes stay hydrated 🙂
