The 3 Best Spots to Foam Roll to Stay Healthy and Reduce Injuries
How was your weekend?
I cannot believe Thanksgiving is on Thursday and the basketball season for public schools starts next Monday outside of Boston
All basketball players should be performing an in-season strength program
The purpose of the program is to restore movement, reduce injuries and maintain strength
Foam rolling is huge in staying healthy, restoring movement and reducing injuries
I have also found that some knee, hip discomfort goes away when we focus on foam rolling
These 3 foam rolling exercises are my favorite to use with my players:
2. TFL (this is so neglected by most athletes)
Do you foam roll?
Try these 3 out and let me know what you find
On a side note, Black Friday is coming and of course, I will have something special for you 🙂
Your friend and coach,
PS: Whenever you’re ready… here are 3 ways I can help you…
1. Work with me One-on-One
My favorite thing to do is help female entrepreneurs build their online business, and I work with a small group of motivated entrepreneurs to do just that. If you’d like to learn more about building your online business and working with me, just reply back and let’s jump on a call and determine whether we would be a good fit
Next group starts January 2019, but let’s start planning now!
2. Online Programming for Athletes
The programs you download and videos I share is a great resource to start from. But it is just the beginning, if you want me to guide you through your season and design a personalized strength program for you, just reply and let’s discuss
Remember, I was a 2X Gatorade High School Player in NH and played D1 of a full scholarship. I have played at a high level and can help you guide and be a valuable resource to you
3. Join my free Facebook Group, Women’s Basketball Performance
A free group filled with over 4800 other Basketball Enthusiasts. Each day I share exercises, tips, strategies, and content to be a better coach and athlete, plus you get to learn from and grow with fellow basketball junkies – Click here to join
