|Let the madness begin 🙂|
We kick off the men’s tournament today and the women’s tomorrow
I was watching a lot of conference play this past weekend and keeping my eyes on the D2 and D3 tournament and it got me thinking…
We have a crazy amount of talent in New England for women’s basketball
Bowdoin was ranked #1 in the country in D3 and just finished as the runner up
Amherst and Tufts also made the D3 tournament
Bentley, Stonehill and St. Anselm’s made the D2 tournament and actually St A’s is in the elite 8
My point in telling you all this?
If you live in New England, get out there and support your local teams and learn more about D2 and D3 basketball
Stop focusing on just D1 basketball
I would love to know your thoughts?
Your friend and coach,
PS: Whenever you are ready, here are 3 ways I can help this post season:
1. The Complete Women’s Basketball Strength and Conditioning Program
The Complete Women’s Basketball Strength and Conditioning Program addresses a specific need in girl basketball players. There is nothing out there on the market designed by a former standout division 1 girls basketball player that specifically addresses the strength and conditioning needs of girl basketball players in regards to pre-season, in-season and post-season. If you want to get stronger, faster, quicker and stay injury free and prevent ACL injuries, it’s all here for you.
You check out the program HERE!
2. Live Sports Performance Training
Post Season, AAU and Spring Training starts today in Waltham
You can join us anytime once your season is over 🙂
Why you should be training?
1. Get Stronger Physically and Mentally
2. Clean Up Any Nagging Injuries
3.Reduce Injuries Especially ACL Injuries
4. Prepare for the Next Level (High School or College)
You can find all the dates and register HERE
3. Online Programming for Athletes This Post, AAU Season
The programs you download and videos I share is a great resource to start from. But it is just the beginning, if you want me to guide you through your season and design a personalized strength program for you, just reply and let’s discuss
Remember, I was a 2X Gatorade High School Player in NH and played D1 of a full scholarship. I have played at a high level and can help you guide and be a valuable resource to you
