There was “conclusive evidence that ACL injury prevention programs reduce the risk of all ACL injuries by half in all athletes and non-contact ACL injuries by two-thirds in female athletes. ”
You can check out the data HERE!
We know basketball and soccer are the top 2 sports for ACL injuries
Each year, ACL injuries go up by 3%
We have the science and date that proves acl injury prevention program reduced the risk, so why aren’t female athletes doing some form of strength training, sports performance training?
Would love to know your thoughts?
If you are interested, I am running a 6 week online ACL injury prevention, neuromuscular program.
This program has two focuses:
Injury prevention (assessment, how do you move, can you get into an athletic stance?) and a neuromusclar program (core, power, timing, strength, conditioning and timing)
