The Kettlebell Deadlift is a big 6 movement that should be in every females strength training program. The KB Deadlift is great at improving your strength and your vertical jump!
With the KB Deadlift, make sure the arches of your feet are in line with the KB, this allows you to load up the hamstrings and glutes. Push your feet into the ground and explode up with the KB. The top position of the KB Deadlift, should feel like a plank (abs braced, glutes tight).
