Do something each day for 30 minutes or more that will improve your game
I recommend working “on” your game with court drills but working “off” the court in the weight room
Get 2 to 3 quality training sessions that includes pusing, pulling movements, squats, deadlift, swings, 1 legged stuff and loaded carries.
