Today, I want to talk about layering the lunge
But first, why is it important to master these body weight movements?
If you look at the performance pyramid, it is layered in 3 sections: Movement being the bottom layer, then performance and then the smallest piece of the pyramid, skill!
90% of female athletes are working on skill 90% to 100% of the time and neglecting, not balancing their training out with movement and performance
Now onto how to layer the lunge:
