I work with over 60 athletes a week, I am at the high school 3 days a week
I know what these athletes are going through, know their stress level of work, how’s their sport season going
All this information allows me to design effective strength and conditioning programs
I also have played at a very competitive high school, we won 2 state championships and played D1 basketball on a full scholarship
I have been there and done it and understand what our players are going through
January and February are the most physical months of basketball before the big dance

And just so you know, I am putting together a brand new program starting Monday, January 13th. This is specifically for girl basketball players ages 10-18 who are looking to add in strength training this season to get stronger, stay injury free, fight the mid season slump and finish the season off strong in the next 60 days.
It’s a remote program, so you can join from anywhere in the world
