Make sure you foam roll and dynamically warm up
Protocol – 20 seconds of work, rest 30 seconds, 3 to 5 rounds
1. KB Swings or DB Skier Swings
2. DB Snatch R
3. DB Snatch L
4. Hollow Body Hold
5. Single Leg Deadlift to KB/DB Row R
6. Single Leg Deadlift to KB/DB L
7. Cross Climbers
8. Jump Squats
