How was your weekend?
Basketball season is heating up, athletes have games 2X a week and probably traveling and on the road every other week
This is the time of year nagging injuries come up: sore muscles, knee pain, nagging muscle pull, etc
When my athletes come to me and they tell me they are having knee pain, I tend not to look at their knee
I start at the ankle and hip
Here are a few exercises to add into their routine to help combat knee pain
Do you have knee pain? If so, let me know, we can put a program together
Your friend and coach,
PS: Here are three of my most popular programs for athletes, coaches and parents:
1. The Complete Women’s Basketball Strength and Conditioning Program
The Complete Women’s Basketball Strength and Conditioning Program addresses a specific need in girl basketball players. There is nothing out there on the market designed by a former standout division 1 girls basketball player that specifically addresses the strength and conditioning needs of girl basketball players in regards to pre-season, in-season and post-season. If you want to get stronger, faster, quicker and stay injury free and prevent ACL injuries, it’s all here for you.
You check out the program HERE!
2. Online Programming for Athletes or Team
The programs you download and videos I share is a great resource to start from. But it is just the beginning, if you want me to guide you through your season and design a personalized strength program for you, just reply and let’s discuss
Remember, I was a 2X Gatorade High School Player in NH and played D1 of a full scholarship. I have played at a high level and can help you guide and be a valuable resource to you
3. My website is JenBrickey.com
