How was your weekend?
You will still get 2-3x emails from me every week talking everything basketball and female athletes, but everything will be sent from email@example.com
If you have not had a chance, head on over to JenBrickey.com and let me know what you think
This new platform is for basketball players, female athletes and female fitness, sports performance coaches, entrepreneurs
Now onto conference play 🙂
With the holiday season over, this is when basketball gets good. I think January to March is the best time
Conference play is so competitive because teams know each other so well and every team is playing for a conference championship and a spot in the big dance
So, are you prepared for the next 2 months?
Did you train in the pre-season to prepare for this part of the season?
How’s the team’s conditioning?
Are they prepared physically but also mentally?
These are some questions to consider as we get into conference play
It is not too late to add in strength training or some form of body weight training (depending on age and skill) with your team, or you yourself, if you are the athlete
Something to think about…
If I can help, let me know
Have a strong week!
Your friend and coach,
PS: Whenever you’re ready… here are 2 ways I can help you…
1. Work with me One-on-One
My favorite thing to do is help female entrepreneurs build their online business, and I work with a small group of motivated entrepreneurs to do just that. If you’d like to learn more about building your online business and working with me, just reply back and let’s jump on a call and determine whether we would be a good fit
2. Online Programming for Athletes or Team
The programs you download and videos I share is a great resource to start from. But it is just the beginning, if you want me to guide you through your season and design a personalized strength program for you, just reply and let’s discuss
Remember, I was a 2X Gatorade High School Player in NH and played D1 of a full scholarship. I have played at a high level and can help you guide and be a valuable resource to you
