6 Questions to Ask Your Players
I hope you had a great weekend
This is very stressful time of year for our student athletes
Seniors are waiting to hear from colleges, games are in full swing and some have finals, so before every training session I always ask my athletes these 6 questions:
The 6 questions I ask:
💥How they you feeling (trying to find out about their stress level)
💥Are you sore?
💥 How’s school?
💥 How’s practice going?
💥 Did you eat and drink water today?
💥 Are you getting 8 hours of sleep?
These questions usually give me everything I need to coach the training session
I keep this all in mind as we focus on restoring movement quality, foam rolling, mobility and strength
In-season strength training is so important to maintain and possibly gain strength, restore movement patterns and stay healthy
