I always consider June, July and August the “post season” of basketball
You have 3 months to kick your sports performance program into high gear. This is the time to get stronger, faster, more explosiveness, work on your weakness, address any injuries and prepare for the upcoming season with off the court training
The work you put in now, will determine your upcoming season and how successful you and it will be
Will the lack of access to gyms right now, I wanted to share 5 bodyweight exercises you can do to work on getting stronger
1. Incline Push Ups
2. Single Leg Squats to a box
3. Bodyweight Renegade Rows
4. Transverse Lunges
5. Vertical Jump to Stick
And just so you know, I am putting together the 1st in-home strength and speed post season sports performance program starting Monday, June 1st. This is specifically for players ages 8-18 that want to put in the work this summer to get stronger, improve their first step quickness, become more explosive, reduce their chance of injury and be game ready once the season starts back up in the next 90 days
It’s a remote program, so you can join from anywhere in the world
I am looking for 7 players to test it out at a HUGE discount, help me work out the kinks and get amazing results that I can use in my case study. If that’s you, reply back “tell me more” and I’ll message you with details”
Coach Jen
Hi Jen, My daughter is 17, going to be a senior next year. She has always loved the game of basketball, well all sports, basketball the most. This pandemic and virtual schooling has got her in a funk. You would think she would be outside, using this time to get better, get stronger. Nope. She has only touched the basketball once a week. during her zoom basketball lessons with her trainer. Do you have any suggestions to help get her on the right track. This sounds like it might help. How much is it?
Hi Kelley,
I am going to email you
Jen
