I am coming off a red eye from Seattle. I was there to attend for the Ignited Womxn Summit
I’m sure you know by now, that I believe all female athletes should be sports performance training.
A good age to start is 10-11 (more on this on Thursday)
But for today, I wanted to give you two exercises that work on power and explosiveness
1. Drop Squat
2. Drop Lunge
These 2 exercises are also great to see if your athletes can decelerate and control their movement
