Why am I doing this?
With everything going on in the country with the cornavirus and gyms being closed down or the fear of going back into the gym (I completely understand), I wanted to offer your the most effective, safest way to get your strength, speed and conditioning in
I have been training for over 15+years and have been online coaching and programming for 2 years, so this is nothing new to me
I have a solid online programming in place where we set you up with a training app and all the exercises have video instruction
I also will have you start with an online assessment so I can get a starting point of where you are at and pick up on any pre-cursors to injuries
Also, I am going to design the one week trial with bodyweight and/or resistance band exercises so again, you don’t need a gym to get your training in
Now, I already have a full plate with training my athletes and adults outside and online, that I am only accepting 10 new athletes into the 1 week trial
We will start next Thursday, July 23rd
You must fill out a questionnaire, go through the online assessment and workouts. At the end of the week, you have the option to continue on, or if isn’t for you, that’s ok
